"Attached is my settlement demand that I sent out before the seminar. You can readily see that out of ignorance I did not use the "common injuries" windows. Nonetheless I thought it might be enough to pop the $50K face amount of the policy. It wasn't, as you can see from the attached response I received from the adjuster and I'm kicking myself for not wating a week or two to go to the seminar and THEN send it out.
